One of the great experience we had at this boat services. Breakfast was amazing....The interior of the Houseboat is really beautiful and well maintained.The location was perfect and peaceful....There was Air Condition also......Heating system was good 👍...The behaviour of the staff and owner were very good and really take care of us....I will recommend this houseboat to my all friend and relatives...

10歳と7歳の子供達と妻の4人で宿泊しました．オーナー親子はとても親切に接してくれました．対岸の道路からシカラを使って川を渡りハウスボードに着きます．道路に行く際にはシカラを利用せねばいけない点は少し不便ではありますが、オーナーやスタッフにお願いすればすぐに手配してくれます．何より，景色が良いこと、そして、歴史が詰まったハウスボードに宿泊できる良い体験でした．部屋の作りはとても素敵でした。

Tariq has been a very friendly and helpful host - you can ask him anything and he has time for you. The neighborhood is unique - serene and calming. If you are a birdwatcher, that’s a place for you. If you are not - it still is. Lotus ponds around, Kashmiri style meals and the view! Houseboat well kept - nothing to complain about

Beautiful floating garden and hill view location. Food is exceptional (Sajadh the chef ), Shikara ride every day is wonderful experience ( Firoz the rider also wonderful singer). Owner ( Sheik ji) of boat house who is very caring and has very good connections to make the whole kashmir trip go very smooth. Central heated is one very good option and makes the stay most comfortable even in winter.

Chicago Houseboats - We were group of 5 and took two rooms for 2 nights. Cleanliness, Staff Support and Attention from Owner of houseboat were fantastic. Highly recommended for families.
