Very fancy, lots of tiny details, i.e. a flask of bourbon next to the bed, a jar with a variety of cookies, a small magazine stand and much more. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The place also has a small library and a pub Breakfast: One of the best breakfasts I ever had in a guest lodge. They offer a variety of jams and tras, ever table had their own French coffee press. Overall it has the appeal of very well maintained, upper class 19th century mansion

Even the architectural walls outside and statues were on point. A little structure to the side reminded me of the Colosseum in Italy.The water fountain was very relaxing to hear. Bedroom was devine. Bed so comfortable and the beddings were really luxurious. Everything was so tasteful. A bit of olde world charm. Patio too comfortable, you would want to take a good book and read it there whilst looking at the multitude of colourful roses. Bathroom fittings was amazing and really neat. I think the underneath of the sink looked like a singer machine it was so thoughtful whoever designed and decorated this place is really a genius with the whole theme in mind. The little touches , paintings on wall, furniture fits into this place like a glove. Nothing seems out of place at all. It all fits to make your visit memorable.

Obiekt Collards B&B znajduje się w znakomitej lokalizacji w dzielnicy Durban North. The staff were so friendly. Even before I got to the BnB, I was contacted regarded how I should check in because I was arriving after the reception closed. The ambience of the room, and the view from my room was divine. I had absolute privacy and I was able to relax, unwind and enjoy myself. What an amazing experience!!! Portia and Magda, thank you for making my stay beautiful!

We loved staying here- it was clean and super well-equipped and the host communicated really well. Although we shared a room with our kids, the layout made it seem very spacious. Outdoor braai area and views are lovely.
