During our recent trip to the charming town of Menton in southern France, we had the pleasure of staying in this spacious apartment hotel. The apartment had a large and exquisite bathroom, and the living area, in which the bed was situated, was tastefully decorated and well maintained. One of the standout features of this accommodation was the presence of two large doors leading out onto a private terrace. From this vantage point, we were treated to beautiful views of the town and glimpses of the sea. It provided the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking in the picturesque scenery. The apartment hotel also boasted a lovely garden, adding a serene touch to the ambiance. Additionally, the availability of a coffee machine, kettle, and breakfast-making equipment allowed us to start our mornings at our own pace, enjoying a homemade breakfast in the comfort of our own space. In terms of location, the apartment hotel was situated in a quiet and pleasant area, conveniently close to various restaurants, shops, the train station, and Menton's charming old town.

I loved that I arrived and the staff was incredibly helpful. The little details of having fresh fruit, fresh flowers, water, chocolates and other goodies ready for our arrival was an AMAZING touch. Very nice and well equipped appartment in a residence with an international touch. Perfect to have two bathrooms with showers when staying with wife and two teens... Two spacious balconies. Pleasant shared pool area, well visited by polite neighbours but never crowded. Location is good - 5 min walk to trainstation, 50 meters to cenral busstation. Well sorted supermarket in the same building - perfect! 10 min walk to the first beach but 20 to the best sandy beach (Sablettes) and the old town where the action is. But the exercise allows you to enjoy the good food and drinks even more. Very nice town in general and easy to take quick train trips to i.e Monaco or Italy

Lovely view of the beach and marina from the 2 balconies. The area is also very quiet and safe at night - but of course, Menton is a very safe place. Our host, Jacques, was friendly and easy to contact and quickly sorted a minor issue with the hot water with minimum fuss. We came for the Fete du Citron in February, for which the apartment was perfectly located.

Location of the hotel is perfect, 4 min from the beach by foot. Room was nice and clean and quiet. Its local cute charming private hotel. We had free parking since we got parking ticket in the hotel. City center is close (7-10min walk away) and you can find great shops in the hood.

Its wonderful garden is a secret place with bougainvilleas, lemontrees, blossoming flowers, the breakfast is extraordinary good with lots of fresh fruits, homemade cake, special cheeses, served on plates and little tablets that underline the very romantic feeling of this little hotel. The rooms are simple but clean. I definitely will return sometime…..
