When arrived we were met by Julia, she was very attentive to our requirements, and gave us cosy apartment. The breakfast also was very good. The hotel is close to Tower, bus and subway stations. It is new, clean, has very hospitable management and all needed facilities. Next time we will stay here again!

After a whirlwind 24 hours of travel with my child, we had our plane tickets canceled by the airline, then missed our ferry, and landed a day late in London. Thanks to Native Bankside, what could have been a logistical nightmare and a travel disaster turned into a story of exceptional customer care. The understanding shown by the reservations manager was nothing short of a relief. He not only empathized with our ordeal but also went above and beyond by extending our stay to replace the missed night, at no additional cost. In a world where sticking to policy is often the path of least resistance, Native Bankside chose kindness and understanding. This gesture of genuine care made all the difference. It’s not just the amenities or the location that makes a hotel outstanding, but the human connection and support during times of need. Native Bankside made us feel welcomed and valued. The location is also wonderful, and getting there is a few minutes by bus from the central train station (then 2 min walk).

Puhelu huoneiston asiakaspalveluun auttoi ja he palvelivat hyvin. Sijainti kerrassaan erinomainen, lähellä kahta eri metrolinjaa, viereisellä kadulla sijaitsee tarvittavat ruokakaupat sekä ravintolat. Hyde Park ihan vieressä.

Metroasema muutaman sadan metrin päässä ja sieltä suoraa yhteys Elisabeth Linella Heaththrowiin. Asunnon lähellä oli paljon hyviä ruokapaikkoja, pubeja ja ruokakauppoja. Itse asunto oli kaunis ja kaikki toimi hyvin. Televisiossa oli Netflix, mikä oli kivaa, koska kanavavalikoima oli vähän suppea. Palvelu toimi hyvin whatsupilla. Siistit huoneistot, hyvät sängyt ja tyynyt. Iso jääkaappi sekä keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat välineet ruuan laittamiseen sekä lämmittämiseen. Hissi on. Sovelluksen kautta sai nopeasti yhteyden henkiökuntaan ja asiat hoituivat sen kautta mm. siivouksen tilaaminen. Safetybox-huoneistossa, koodi pitää pyytää respasta.OllikainenPikkulapsiperheet

Lähistöllä paljon pieniä kauppoja ja erilaisia ruokapaikkoja. Huoneisto oli pienehkö, ja moderni. Huoneistossa oli kaikki tarvittavat kahdelle henkilölle.

Ihana asunto, joka on remontoitu hiljattain tyylikkäästi. 2 makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone alakerrassa sekä olohuone, kylpyhuone ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö yläkerrassa. Huoneistossa oli todella siistiä ja se oli hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti on todella hyvä, lähellä metroasemaa ja useita ravintoloita. Voisimme yöpyä täällä uudestaankin.OutiRyhmä
