The suite views, the hotel design, the lobby & seating area, the staff are very friendly and they upgrade us into a very nice suite upon our arrival! the service is outstanding, the breakfast was exceptional, I also had the best tiramisu during my entire trip at the hotel restaurant. Definitely recommended to anyone visiting Como!

Set in the heart of Bellagio, it is a gem. the pullout bed in our unit was extremely comfortable. The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen was large enough that you still had room to eat at the table with the bed pulled out. great village views out the window. The agent, David, was great to work with and even helped us secure a cab.
