First, It is not a hotel. It is rather a hotel apartment with 2 floors and a floor underneath. It is about 10 minutes walk from Taksim Square. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever you want sth. The room was clean and had a microwave, a mini fridge, plates, and glasses for 2 persons, and an iron. The room's air conditioning system was good. I didn't try the breakfast. There is a point for this place that usually you can't find many people speaking English in Istanbul but their receptionists were able to communicate and that was important for me. After all, I think that this place is one of the best for a solo traveler who wants to stay somewhere near Istiklal St. and Taksim Sq, but maybe not the best option for a family. It was my third time in Istanbul and Element Garden was better than many 4-star hotels in the city, You can feel like your home. Thank you for everything, and wish you the best for your career.

A un pas de les principals atraccions turístiques i a un carrer de la parada de tramvia. El personal molt amable, els trasllats al aeroport, els tours pel Bósforo,...ho vam fer a través de la recepció de l'hotel i tot estava molt ben coordinat.

Seguro, limpio, confortable, el personal espectacular, sobretodo Utku y Hazan de recepción. La habitación cómoda, limpia, con calefacción y una hermosa terraza. El chef maravilloso , excelente desayuno, rico, variado, libre. Todos son personas muy amables, nos orientaron, nos coordinaron el PCR y estaban atentos a nuestros requerimientos. Segunda vez que voy al mismo hotel y cada vez se supera en calidad de servicio. totalmente recomendado.
