These apartments are very nice, comfy and warm. Everything was clean and well put. We were treated amazing by the personal at reception and they were very helpful. The location is perfect, you can park easily in an indoor parking and then take bus downtown. No stress or worries about parking in the city!

The hotel has met our expectations. The most important places for us were located close to each other, and the free ticket for public transport made it easier for us to move around Geneva. The tram stop is located in front of the hotel, which is a huge advantage of the hotel, especially when you come back after a long day. The room with a kitchenette was very clean, and for me it is one of the most important things in the hotel. Very nice and helpful hotel staff who approach each client individually (before I arrive I asked for two additional pillows and waited for us in the room; D)

I like everything in this hotel starting from the employee and to the Room. The receptionist who check us in is very friendly and helpful, he assisted us and answer our inquiries. The room is very clean as well, and has a nice kitchen and have complete facilities. Special thanks to the hotel employee who surprised me with a complimentary chocolate box and a birthday card in the room. We can't thank enough for their kindness.

近くにスーパーが何軒かあり、駅に行く市電やバス停がありとても便利でした。街なかなのに窓が中庭に面していて朝は鳥のさえずりで目を覚ましました。大きなバスタブがあり、バスルームも部屋も大きくゆったりしていました。

This was literally one step out of Geneva so it is a perfect location and it's beside the tram. The guy on Reception was so nice and very welcoming and friendly - we really appreciated this. The apartment itself was great and had everything you needed.
