Location was perfect, hotel was lovely and historical , staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast and restaurant were also very good ! Would recommend. The room was spotless and enjoyed the extra touches with the books on the history of the pub & area . Although the bathroom was on the small side it was more than adequate for a solo traveller and was super clean and modern. The outside patio area sets the hotel apart especially on a sunny day.

The hotel was a beautiful historical property that is illustrated on the walls. The room was lovely and so spacious, fantastic towels and extras. The hotel is set in the center of the village over looking the church which I could see from my window. The facilities downstairs were great with a function room and restaurant. Breakfast was really nice with brilliant coffee. I felt very welcomed both me and my little dog who was able to sit with me at breakfast. Love to come again and would definitely recommend it.
